Executive functioning and Cognitive capacities include attention, working memory, retrieving words (and other memory-related tasks), flexibility, initiation (getting started), self-monitoring and self-correcting, self-regulation, time management, pacing, planning, prioritizing, organizing, and decision making. One or more of these fundamental skills may be compromised in development or may be challenging for various reasons, including having ADD,  having received chemotherapy (i.e., experiencing "chemo brain") or having acquired a brain injury or a brain tumor to name a few. Therapy addresses relevant real-life circumstance while building skill sets with age-appropriate, guided practice. Therapy is offered both virtually and in-person.
